Software easter eggs are hidden files or apps in programs. Feel free to post your discoveries below and share the laughs with everbody. Here's one to start it with: You can see venus in feline form in Adobe Photoshop 6 and some other "secret messages" from the ppl who built the software as well. To see the cat: 1)Open Photoshop 6 2)Press and hold [ctrl]+[alt] and drop down the help menu and click on About Photoshop To see the messages: 1)Follow the above steps to see the cat and wait for a few seconds for the credits to scroll 2)Press and hold down [alt] then click the cat's big eye 3)Press and hold down [ctrl] and then release [alt] HAPPY EASTER!

create a shortcut on your desktop that points to: "C:\WINDOWS\Application Data\Microsoft\WELCOME\WELDATA.EXE"
and add the line "You_are_a_real_rascal" (w/o the quotes) at the end so the whole line should read:
"C:\WINDOWS\Application Data\Microsoft\WELCOME\WELDATA.EXE" You_are_a_real_rascal
then r.click the shortcut, on the "Shortcut" tab, set its "Run" property to "minimized" and close the property window.
double click the shortcut, have fun!
